I was listening to the song one day... "Cry" by Mandy Moore... And got really inspired to make a blue layout. Blue's definitely my favourite colour and I can't think of anything else that would fit this song... Even Mandy herself's in blue! <3 it so much! This was made before I learnt how to do tables and I think it's one of my favourites from when I started out. I got the PSD from Vanilla Twist.org so please don't take off the link which I put up to credit them. Remember to change the PREV and NEXT to lowercase and basically fill in your username where it says USERNAME.
